Met with Richard today. Communication was great early to the meeting spot and came all the way to me since i was stuck at work. Very easy to deal with. Deal with confidence.

Closed a deal with Richard today. Transaction was smooth and streamlined. No BS, no drama. He listed it at a fair price, and I promptly took it off his hands with no haggling or negotiating, just as I like to do as a seller.
