Mike is an outstanding VAGT member. Superior communications, on-time meeting, everything was exactly as described and no surprises. There was a snag on my end which Mike and I worked out very calmly professionally and it was such a pleasure working with Mike to reach a mutually-agreeable solution. Wish we had more folks like Mike in the world!
