Agreed to Matt’s time, place, and price. Was to meet Matt at 3pm today for Blackout Ammo . Drove 45 mins. to location specified and 45 minutes back. Matt never showed. Matt indicated, because of his circumstances, that he wasn’t able to contact me or return my calls. Reality was he sold the ammo just hours prior.

I just finished my second deal with Matt and it couldn’t have gone smoother! Great communication , on time, and he sold some hard to find ammo for a more than fair price.
