Did a deal today with Jim and everything went perfect from start to finish. His PM's were thoughtful and respectful. He's a man of his word, extremely friendly and even showed up early to the meet. He traveled more than his fair share of distance which I also appreciated. Without question, I would do another deal with Jim in the future!
