So Alan has really good coms which is a positive thing. The negative side is we agreed on a Price, Day, Time, and a location on a deal but he called off the deal for a better one apparently. He isn’t a bad person I just wouldn’t take any deals with him seriously.

I had a great transaction with Alan. Very good communication, item exactly as described, perfectly on time. Since this was a VA to MD transaction I was a little worried it would be bumpy, but we planned everything out ahead of time and it worked great. Thanks again!
