Becareful of this guy. I sent him my 1911 slide more than 10 months ago and I still have not received it back. He claims that I had 90 days from the date it was complete to have it shipped back. I was never given a total, never an invoice, nothing. He claims he called me but I went back through phone logs from when he called but it does not show any received call. I did get an email from him after I emailed him and said I would call on that following monday. Things came up and I was not able to call but I sent 3 emails still within the 90 day period which he claims is on the work order. Not once did get a response. I called but when to voicemail. Finally after posting a WHERE IS DIXIE GUNSMITH on here, he responds back out of the blue and I was trying to be nice and calm so I could get my slide back. Tells me to send him a 8 dollar money order to ship it back plus he was rewelding the job that he completed on my slide (sight cuts) and then was going to blackball me to all other gunsmiths in the area.

To top it all off, he has a set of my night sights too.
