Has to be one of the kindest most carrying people in VAGT. I told mrs IA about a medical situation that I had going on. Karen was so kind that her and mark sent me a very kind greeting card I just opened it today and I couldn't believe it! Thank you Karen and mark you have no idea how much your kindness means to me. I hope to do actual business with them one day!
