Never have I been prouder to be a Virginian, never have I been prouder to be an American, than today.

A heart felt Thank You to all the brothers and sisters.

It was an awesome day, had a blast with some great ppl. Glad to have been a part of it. I hope all y'all got home safe

I literally broke down in tears when I got back home... it was truly breathtaking.... to see liberty against tyranny in action... it was a once in a lifetime event.

I would've liked to see a few more of our members but the crowd was shoulder to shoulder elbow to elbow in some places around the outer fence. It made movement virtually impossible

Spoke to many others from over 8 states to come to our support. They know and sense if any of these proposed laws pass in Virginia the anti 2nd amendment movement will use this template to pass the same laws in other states

I hope we opened some eyes but am not too sure. Let's keep ever vigilant

Very impressive day!!! Was a huge turn out and professional behavior on display....glad I attended. We must keep the momentum going!

Has anyone heard an accurate count? I heard 22k but think it was way more. My props to those willing to go inside the fence.

I have no reason to believe the state police estimates are biased, and think the 22k count was reasonable, Ive run the marathon half marathon and 10k races in richmond several times and the participation in those races is about 30k as i recall, fewer people at the rally than race day but a very good turnout today.

I saw a post where there were almost 68,000 FB check ins.

The police working the entrance to the fenced area had hand tally counters. They were counting exactly how many people were let in. There was an undisclosed limit to how many people they were going to allow in (probably 6000) That 6000 estimate was accurate minus human error (+\- 20? People). And the crowd outside the counted area can be estimated with arial photos.... there were not 68k people in attendance regardless of what facebook says.

22k no way x that by 4 conservatively it was shoulder to shoulder and no way poor laser could see over 20 ft way down towards the ground , me being 1 of the largest out there had its advantages (no one lost me and i was easy to find)

There was roughly 6k inside the fence with me - I did a head count by dozens. From the top of the hill I could see 3 main groups - 2 large groups around Pocahontas Building divided by the passage to the legislative building. Another large group in the street leading to the entrance for the fenced off area. The 3 groups were approximately the same size as the group inside the fence +/- 200. From what I heard another group of about 1000 was still waiting to be shuttled from the Diamond - that was around 11 am. I would estimate the crowd between 25-28k. Maybe 30 at most.

Still very impressive, and very diverse. I even got interviewed by ABC but I think they cut me - I didn’t see me on the news. )))

Very proud that I was among the true patriots!

I saw you in the crowd Ford, I was eating a sandwich at the time and didn't want to share so I didn't call out. It was a great showing.
