With basic 55 grain fmj what are ya'll getting for groups?

My eyesight isn't the best and I only have a few hundred rounds under my belt.

With 2 different platforms, both 1:9 twist and 55 grainers

1-2 inch at 25 and a fist sized at 50.

When I scope them I get 1" at 50.

Maybe its just me? Maybe I'm expecting too much since the red dot covers most of the center of the 100 yard red and white targets at the 50 yard mark...

Maybe I just need to get my eyesight checked lol.

You have to think about how big your dot is in the optic. If you have a 3 or 4 MOA dot then your not going to get much better than that.

Try the same with a magnifier or with the rear bus up. It makes the dot smaller
