If somebody witnessed or knows somebody that witnessed an accident on I-64 eastbound in chesapeake before the highrise around 3pm I would greatly appreciate any info. I'll pay if I can locate the driver and/or the vehicle.

Vehicle description: tan/beige older ford van, paint is either chipped or rust is coming through, may be a camper or something on his roof that looks like a camper top, black plate on front end with maybe a 709RO on the plate one or more children in the vehicle and a dog (maybe a pitbull)
