Richard made a deal via the site, under pm topic, We exchanged information and phone numbers but made deal through message on here. We agreed on time, place and day for transfer of item. Then a day goes by and Richard sells the gun out from under to someone else without reaching out or calling, and pms me hey sold item to someone else. Completely Unprofessional and Unacceptable in my opinion and truly defines someone’s character! Member powderfinger37 should be removed unless this is what the site has come to.

Item was listed in terms of sale as "for immediate sale" meaning the first member to negotiate a deal. make compensation and take possession would own the item.
Navyeod22 chose to wait three days and have me deliver item to him. I would have done so but for another buyer understanding and completing the auction per it's listed terms.
Navyeod22 should not have hesitated.

When a deal is agreed, mark your post Sold Pending Funds(SPF) until the deal is complete. Only after the deal is done do you mark the post Sold. Once you mark a post sold, you will not be allowed to re-post it for 7 days. Any re-post within the 7 days will be deleted.

So to call your sale an auction says everything about you. In addition no where in our conversation did you state this through conversations or on ad... We made a DEAL, and work around my work and when to meet, price and DAY! which was evolved through the conversation back and forth to the DEAL AGREED UPON! .

End result ZERO integrity and flat out poor actions. All I know is my word defines myself, if I made a deal with someone, or I say I’m going to do something....”that’s a form of contract” I’m entering and I’d keep to my word!

Sadly defending this country for 20plus years to see America falling apart over lost character traits, values and morals is truly sickening. My final word to anyone, if you enter into an agreement with powderfinger37 be Cautious of doing business with this member.
