Is there a limit on the number of bolt-action rifles one can purchase in a 30-day period In Virginny? I know there is a restriction on handguns.

There is only a 1 handgun per 30 days law. No other type of firearms has a single purchase limit in VA. So, you can buy as many bolt-action rifles as you want in one purchase.
