I am selling a new Hogan 308 Lower receiver. Hogan was the manufacturer for POF before they had a falling out. This lower is the exact same as a POF lower. The quality is extremely high with a ergo grip and Vltor butt stock. This has been sitting in my gun safe and has never been fired. A POF upper and DPMS upper will fit this.
