BREAKING NEWS: A Texas judge just issued a preliminary injunction protecting VCDL, GOA, and TFA members, as well as residents of Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Utah from having the BATFE’s “engaged in the business” regulation being enforced against them! The injunction will remain in place until there is a final resolution of the lawsuit at some point in the future!
We originally had a temporary restraining order against enforcement. Such orders are short term and must be reissued each time the order expires. This injunction will last indefinitely until the case is finally heard and ruled on by the court.
Remember: If you don’t live in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, or Utah, you must be a VCDL, GOA, or TFA member to be protected. You don’t have to live in Virginia to be a VCDL member.
