I do not believe all the pieces are original due to the lack of patina on the saddle ring and parts of the lever. It's in good mechanical condition as it loads, cycles and operates as intended. The bore is cloudy but the rifling is present. I have not fired it because the buttstock is cracked but, I have no reason to believe it wouldn't shoot great otherwise. Per Winchester's published records, the SN dates it to 1914-1915. However, this rifle has "MX" and Odin International import markings; it's likely that it left this country and came back. It's just a cool piece of Winchester history. I'm interested in trades only. I prefer high end duck guns, lightweight/precision rifles, German, Swiss or Italian guns. Specifically hunting a Benelli 828U but, I'll entertain and respond to any offer... Surprise me, I can add cash if needed. Thanks!
