Good buddy of mine is a LEO and a Marylander. And somewhere between silencer shop and/or the FFL, it was realized too late that this isn't transferable in Maryland. So it is sitting in the FFL in Maryland. Before deciding to eat the restocking fee, he just wanted to feel out if there was any interest here.
Asking price would be $1800 but he's flexible.
