Have a 'classic" Winchester Model 270, in .22 S, L, and LR for sale, good plinker and odd pump model vs the more popular semi-auto 190. Made between 1963 and 1973, not Winchester's greatest decade. It's pre-68, no serial number. Pump action, tube feed design. 20.5” barrel, tubular magazine holds 12 rounds .22LR. Original finish, some minor finish thinning and discoloration. The balance of the finish shows light to moderate wear from handling and storage. The two piece wood stock has a press checkered forend, a capped pistol grip, a straight comb and a serrated black hard rubber Winchester buttplate. The stock shows light to moderate wear from handling and storage and metal shows scattered nicks, scuffs and scratch marks. Overall, this rifle rates in about Very Good. Asking $250 OBO, can meet at FFL in Leesburg area most days and around the area on weekends. Shipping would be on the buyer.
