Officer’s Equipment Company- if you’re not familiar with them look it up. They are one of the USMC suppliers- Made in Germany and has serial number on blade. I believe it was made in 1982. Sword, scabbard and black knot.
On their website this sword is $649 and it comes with the black leather knot which is another $57
