I’m selling some guns I bought before I knew I wanted to collect Japanese guns as a focus. Prices are firm; I’ve priced them low enough I’m losing some money but want the space on my wall and to fund some other guns. Buy your dad/yourself something for Father’s Day!
I have an 03 C&R FFL and can transfer to your C&R, or buyer pays for transfer fee.
1. SPF $525 - Ghost/“Numbers Only” Chinese Type 56 SKS 1956 production - when the Chinese received the technical package from the Soviets, they made about 212,000 rifles without factory or other stampings. These are uncommon to find in any condition. Good - first year production, good bore, all metal parts match, neat trench art. Bad - a little pitting, mismatched stock. See this channel to learn more:

Good - original magazine, C&R eligible (1970 made, most are not C&R), shoots great! Bad - bolt mismatch and bolt release needs a new spring (I can include one; just haven’t had time to get the action of the stock, Kroil, and remove old one) as the bolt will slide out if you yank too hard on extraction.

Has a neat 2-round magazine. This one is 12 gauge and I’ve shot it just fine with light loads. Big recoil, interesting history!
