Kevinlee93 and I did a mail deal for a Kimber Micro 9, with some holsters and a knife he claims was a legitimate Benchmade Bugout in OD green which he included in the deal for +$50. After further inspection, when I received the package I learned that the Benchmade was in fact a fake, based on the text font, coloring and the padding inside of the box he sent. We exchanged texts and he stated he thought he had a legitimate one as he bought this same Benchmade from someone of Craigslist. He stated he would send me $35 in return for the trouble.
I did tell him to take his time, that was on April 30th, here we are 43 days later and he has not fulfilled his end of the bargain having sent me a clone/fake Benchmade. I followed up with a text on June 6th and have not heard back from him.
We exchanged phone numbers, I have the text message chain as proof.
