Based on the K98, the Argentine 1909 is a high quality rifle cherished by collectors of military arms. For sale is 1909 Mauser chambered in 7.65x53mm. This one was manufactured in 1910, two years after production began, and only three years before the start of World War I. This rifle is all matching, including the cleaning rod and stock, and the finish and furniture are in great condition. The internals are also very clean and the action is buttery smooth. The barrel has an excellent bore with sharp, reflective rifling. Length of pull measures 13 inches. Overall, this rifle is in great condition and is a must-have for any collector of Argentine small arms. Please review the high resolution images for an accurate account of its condition.     The Argentine crest is sharp and fully in tact. It would be very difficult to find a rifle in better condition.
