If indeed they pass these idiotic gun laws we can make them pay, literally. Class action law suit against everyone who votes for and supports the bills. Class action civil case with maybe around 500,000 plaintiffs charging the persons responsible for denying us our civil rights. 10,000 dollars for each individual listed times the number of persons who are listed as defendants for each person listed as plaintiffs in the case. Multiply that by the number of plaintiffs we can get to sign onto the lawsuit and it could add up to a pretty fair sum. They would be betting that Scotus will support gun bans, which at this times seem highly unlikely. If bans are overturned they will have no leg to stand. Need the signatures of every gun owner in the state. Let's get started.

You can’t sue an elected government official for voting for a bill you disagree with. You don’t have standing. The bill itself has to be challenged in the courts and struck down. Attempting such a stupid stunt would be dismissed on summary judgement with the plaintiffs paying the defendant’s legal fees and possibly being sanctioned by the court ( fined).

Can we start an “E-sign”?
