I am under 21. Per Ehlert v. Settle, it is fully legal (for both parties) and I am fully allowed to buy a handgun without a background check, and from a private seller given that he or she does not have an FFL (that means no gun stores, transfers, etc). As a result, I can only do F2F, though we may do the transaction in front of a gun store or with police supervision if you wish. I have zero criminal history or civil issues, not even a speeding ticket. I am a Virginia resident.
