Looking for any reproduction STEEL framed black powder cap and ball pistol. Preferably in .44 but .36 would be fine too. Willing to spend up to $350. Don't care what it is as long as it isn't a "pepper box" with no barrel. I want to get a cowboy load conversion cylinder for it so it has to be steel unfortunately.

Getting ready to post this for $350. I saw your ad in the wanted section so you're seeing it first. It's a Navy Arms Company - 1858 New Army replica, stainless steel, .44 caliber black powder. I've owned it since new around 1990, used it in Civil War reenactments and only shot a few times. It looks new and it's very solid.
