I have acquired a set of detachable locks for a westley richards firearm. I have tried contacting westley richards company to no avail. I can find very limited info online. Not sure if they are for a rifle or shotgun. Trying to get a value & info to what they firearm they go to. Any help would be appreciated.

Jim most all the westley richards stuff is collectable and sought after.
I would take my search to gunsinternational.com and maybe post them for sale there.
That would be one way of finding what they fit.

Thanks guys. I finally received a reply from westley richards on my particular locks.

Mine were from a double, hammerless ejector, .318 rifle with 2 triggers. Made for a N.C. Cockburn on the 14th of September, 1909. I did research NC Cockburn & found a tiny bit of info. This is why I love history. Its fascinating to follow people and items. Where they've been, what they've seen.

I listed them on ebay and they sold in less than a day. I feel I sold them very cheap but I hope they found a home that will appreciate them.
