WTS/WTT: Beretta 96 chambered in 40SW.

This pistol is a former police duty gun. It shows lots of signs of carry and use. It is NOT a safe queen. It is double action only DAO with a nice revolver-esque trigger pull. It is very reliable and shoots well. It had nightsites from the factory, but they are dead. The front site has been filled in with orange paint.

The pistol will come with a total of 6 magazines. 5 are original Beretta manufactured, 11rd mags. The 6th magazine is made by Mec-Gar and is 13rd capacity. I will also include a 50rd box of Speer Gold Dot defensive ammo and a box of 50 Winchester White Box, practice ammo.

I will sell the pistol for $400, or trade it for .223/5.56 ammo valued at $400/1000 or whatever you offer that I would rather have.

Another option: When I listed this pistol for sale I also listed another pistol chambered in .40sw. I sold it, so this is my last remaining gun chambered in that caliber. I will make a great deal for my remaining .40 ammo. I have approximately 350rds of Speer Gold Dot ammo, 100rds of Winchester Ranger Law Enforcement ammo, 150rds Winchester white box fmj, 350 American Eagle FMJ, and 400rds good quality reloads. I say that these are approximate numbers because there may be a box or two that are partial, but I have some zip lock bags of hollow points that I unloaded from magazines that I am not counting. I would say that my count is probably a little less than what is really there. Anyway that is 1350rds of ammo, with 450 of it being high end defensive ammo. I will let all of it go for $250 on top of the gun price.
