This is a kluge of an offer (long read):

Essex stainless frame mated to a blued slide in .45ACP. Longer barrel is fitted with a large chamber muzzle break. Low profile sights which could use some paint for the 3 dots. The long trigger looks like it could be a match upgrade but actual trigger work has not been done (heavy pull). Frame is slightly large on the slide but does not affect function. No failures to feed with GI ball. Standard 1911 hammer (which bites web of my hand, same as first time I was introduced to the military 1911 60 years ago). Full frame and extra metal on the barrel makes this a heavyweight but recoil feels low.

Now the fun part:

It comes with a second barrel (also with muzzle break) in .400 Corbon. Cartridge is a .45 case necked down to .40 cal, with velocity slightly lower than 10mm with lighter bullet weights. Pressures supposedly lower than 10mm so no changes are required in 1911 springs or magazines. Lower pressure also eliminates risk of frame/slide cracks attributed to 10mm.

Included are 4 20rd-boxes of ammo. This stuff is still available on some auction and ammo sites but you may not believe the prices . (Ignore the seller on GunBroker who wants $299 for a single box—brings up question of putting this ammo into safe deposit box rather than shooting it)
