I have a 1998 first year first generation 5inch Trp 1911. Brazil frame square/thick dust cover. 25lpi (yes 25) hand checkered front strap and matching back strap amongst other differences from any other Trp built. Gun is also wearing high figure grips also have factory original checkered wood grips as well. Can provide confirmation from Springfield verifying it is indeed a first year/gen gun. Gun is in fantastic shape and not just for its age. Super nice piece.
$1800 in the Richmond area. Will also consider 1911 trades. Message for pics/info/video etc. thanks guys.
