I ordered a suppressor from a Immortal Arms and I paid him for the suppressor and the tax as well on 2/28/2014.

He has become more and more difficult to contact. I finally got the serial number of the suppressor, and I continue to contact ATF to check on the status. They continue to say there is no record of the dealer sending a form 4 to transfer the suppressor to my trust.

Immortal Arms can't or won't provide me with any more details or copies of the paperwork filed or when ATF cashed the check.

At first I was willing to work with IA but I have talked with a number of people who have been or are in the same situation as me with Immortal Arms. This is a chronic problem.

I have no hope of this being resolved quickly or painlessly so I have requested a full refund, and I hope to get this resolved soon.

Received a full refund from IA. Wish we could have made it work but the refund was timely and handled professionally.
