He stated that even with a chp I couldn’t buy more than 5 guns. Having an inquiring mind I tried to look it up and couldn’t find it. He also said he could charge up to $70 for the transfer but only does $30. Can someone confirm the 5 gun a month limit for CHP holders or other exempt classes Thanks
