Something minor for first time offenders will be receiving a verbal "heads up".
SHOUT BOX: 1st offense- 24 hour ban from the shout box 2nd- 1 week ban from shout box 3rd- 1 month ban from shout box 4th- no more shout box...ever. But this depends on how bad your actions are in the shout box. If they are bad enough you may receive a "time out" or you will be banned.
POSTS: 1st offense- 24 hour "time out" from the entire website. 2nd- 1 week "time out" 3rd- 1 month "time out" 4th- Banned forever And as with the shout box if you really mess up you could be banned.
HOW TO GET BANNED FOREVER REALLY QUICK: You may not receive a second chance if you are on here
- threatening members - attempting to cheat or defraud - doing anything illegal - arguing with the moderators or administrators - multiple negative feedback from other members due to not following through with agreed transactions But not limited to just the above.
This is subject to change or be updated.

I got banned for a week for listing "multiple firearms at once". It was two different guns!!! And, all my listings / posts were removed. I've done a lot of honest business on this sight. Still not sure what I did wrong!?!?

Ditto... apparently you cant sell multiple firearms on this site without a problem...most of the guys i have spoken to seem nice but whoever controls this is not making them seem very good...i guess instead of having multiple firearms in multiple conditions, you get tagged for lying and trying to con people lol... luckily i have had good luck with the patrons on this site and was able to make some good deals, im happy, and so is my girlfriend that i cant use it anymore lol... have a good one whoever's reading

Hey, I was put in "time out" for a week for "reposting". I've served the 1 week suspension but I have not been given full access to the site (For sale/trade forums, other member's profiles etc.) I understand this is a privately run website, and you can do whatever you want, but your rules clearly state that it is a one week "time out" I'm now going on 1 week and 1 day "time out" and it's a little unfair. You're fixed

HOW TO GET BANNED FOREVER REALLY QUICK: You may not receive a second chance if you are on here
- arguing with the moderators or administrators
Recently reported a user for price gouging. The user responded by telling me it wasn't a good reason to report someone. I told him I disagreed. An "argument" ensued and this user then began referring to himself as a moderator... How I am supposed to know who is a moderator and who isn't? If this is something that can get me banned quickly, shouldn't I be made aware of these persons not to argue with to avoid being banned?

That's easy .... see the color of JMB_Nova and My screen names (light blue). That indicates a moderator. Red indicates an administrator.

Your names are the same color as anyone else. Only VAGT's name is different.

It depends on the forum color you use. I never saw any of the mods as light blue until I set my forum preferred stylesheet to BLUE DOOM. Then I could see who the mods were and I found out I was one... Wacky.

i just cycled through all the stylesheets, and the only one i saw an issue with is "VGT DARK". i could not see any difference between name colors on that one. all the others showed mods as light blue, at least on my computer.

I use and recommend "VGT Dark". All user names are light blue.

I use and recommend "VGT Dark". All user names are light blue. the problem with "VGT DARK" is that mod names don't stand out, and that is the easiest way to be identified. at least from what i've seen.

Easiest way to not get banned is don't be a douche bag to anyone. Read and understand the rules, then follow them.

I have a question. If someone messages me do I HAVE!!!! to answer them back. Common decency is encouraged, but not required - so, no you don't HAVE to respond. (Unless one of the friendly moderators messages you of course )

Seems 10 days has turned into several months...
I've recently tried logging in only to find no change on my status.
Do the forums not allow admins to pre-select the number of days, or is this tracked by sticky notes?
