CCP Replacement in Norfolk

I had my wallet stolen which had my Concealed Carry Permit in it from City of Norfolk. Does anyone know about getting a replacement in Norfolk? I can not find anything on the norfolk.gov website.
For Virginia Beach it says you can show up with ID for replacement but can not find any info for Norfolk.

You will have to go to the Clerk of Court that issued the permit. It's a simple process and they will have you going in no time.
