A bill has been put into circulation that could impact residents of northern Virginia that travel to DC for work or pleasure. Overview: Requires that D.C. accept all concealed carry permits from other states. This would allow VA residents with valid concealed carry or Utah to carry in the district. https://www.congress.gov/bill/114th-congress/house-bill/4348/text
