Are you a PA resident?
My understanding is that the only way a resident from one state may sell to the resident of another state is to go through a FFL.
Legal? No. Likelihood of getting caught? Low The choice? Up to you.

I'd not chance it T . Not sure of the venue you're talking about but if there's guns there will be LE there I'd be willing to bet . Your call but I'd hate to see ya locked up in a PA jail for it .

T, I believe it is federal law that prohibits a trans state private sale. I remember reading it when looking up the active duty military exception to it.
