I have to give Rob extra credit here. Do to a HUGE blunder on my part, and the generally silliness of USPS in dealing with problems, the arrival of his item was SEVERELY delayed and he was still extremely understanding and helpful about the whole situation, including him taking time out of his day (a few times!) to go the PO to help me deal with the problems I was having. He is a very helpful and definitely trustworthy guy. I hope to do business again, if not for any reason other than to get it right the first time and thank him more for his help. He could have easily considered my dealings with him a bad experience but he just kept on chugging. Thanks again for everything!
