This is my first negative feedback, only since it has kind of irked me after a similar situation. Answered Matt's post, we talked on the phone agreed on a price & to meet up after the weekend (we spoke on Friday). When I contacted him on Monday. He had sold it because he needed the money. While that may be his right to mod the deal till it's done, I find even the lack of even a call to see if I could make it sooner or just to let me wave off, to be in poor form. I hope this is taken in context of his other feedback & he had an off day or perhaps he just needs to deal quickly.
