Matt kept promising to ship holsters and pouches I ordered (he claimed 1-2 day turn around). Never shipped them, I ended up requesting a refund (after 20 days of waiting and multiple promises to ship them), and he refunded my money. He was very nice through the entire ordeal, might have just been bad timing for him.
