Asylum, Refugee, and Humanitarian Parole. Know the difference. A Parole is only allowed in US for two years. A Parolee, must reapply to stay under Humanitarian Parole status, apply for Asylum. Parolee are not given Green Card Visas or able to obtain US Citizenship, until they have been allowed Asylum or other legal immigration status. One has to be lawfully in the US for 5 years before applying for US Citizenship, one has to prove through tax filing that they have worked. 3 years of lawful entrance with marrying US Citizen. If Foreign National has a lawful entrance, legal residences permitted with Green Card Visa and and able to serve 1 year of Honorable Military Service, they may apply for US Citizenship. https://www.roscheimmigrationlaw.com/practice-areas/asylum-refugee-and-humanitarian-parole/....or just cut in front of the line at the border, and free load in a Blue Team Sancuary city.
