The witness is a CZ75 clone.
Looks like someone fitted it with a comp.
Value would be 325-450

I know this is a 3 month old thread, but actually wanted to say thanks as this helped me with the purchase of one of these Witnesses in 9x21. I showed the seller your comment as a way to establish value and he agreed. Much appreciated as I collect 9X21 guns and this was a nice score.
