What do folks think of a Sig 320 XFive Legion for home defense? Is it a bit too much? Have a few Glocks and want to add something different (and a little nicer). Would it be too heavy if I add light/laser? Also open to other suggestions.

It's for home defense a MRDS and light would be beneficial.
As for weight, I presume you won't be lugging it on your hip all day, it'll be staged somewhere.

There's a downside to $$$ guns, if you use it plan on losing it for a while.

Absolutely perfect for home defense. It's a much better home defense gun than a concealed carry gun.

Hard to do better with a handgun than a full size sig
