Found this post on snipers hide from a member that was scammed by a person using a VA drivers license with the name Larry Calvin Diehl. There's not much detail about what happened, but buyers beware. I was able to find his faceboook account and he claims that he's been hacked. A few people in the comments are claiming they were scammed by him and that he's lying about being hacked. Tough to say what the actual story is.
