Dealers are charging $25-$75 dollars when the law says they may not charge more than $15. panic788 Marksman Registered: 08/29/13 Posts: 386 Loc: NOVA City or County: Alexandria	$15 fee for the background check, and $10-$60 for the ability to stand near them and behold the wonderful work they are doing. It has been argued by many. Haven't heard anyone bring a lawsuit and win it yet. Sounds like perhaps we have a volunteer to determine case law?
