Happy 250th Birthday to the US Army!
To celebrate up for sale is a Springfield Armory M1 Garand purchased thru the Civilian Marksmanship Program (CMP) in April 2015. Serial # production is from March 1945, re-barreled with SA 10-51 barrel. Barrel is bright. Stock is SA open box cartouche replacement with matching hand guards.
The majority of parts are period correct SA parts to include bolt, oprod, trigger housing, and the unique and rare saw-cut gas cylinder.
This a great example of a wartime M1 Garand. Includes CMP Certification, enbloc clip, manual and case
