Excellent condition RTT. Comes with all mounting hardware and a super comfortable thick memory foam mattress. I also have the optional annex that gives you another huge covered/enclosed area at the bottom of the ladder that you can use to keep your gear dry or as another room for hanging out at the campsite. This tent is extremely easy to put up and take down. The waterproof cover works great. Sleeps two very comfortably. Looking for 2011s, AR pistols (all calibers), 308 9mm and 556/223 ammo.
