I am looking for a project gun to learn on, primarily focusing on Howa 1500s.
Message me about the shot out gun that you can't hunt with anymore, or the rusty gun that was in the family barn, or that gun that just hasn't left your safe in years.
I'm on a tight budget, located in Northern VA, but regularly drive south on I-95 for work.
(Open to other project bolt guns if the deal is good)
