Up for sale are two Lee Enfields. Will trade both for an M1A or $1100 if you buy both. FTF transfer in NoVa (no FFL required).
No4Mk1: English made, 1948. No frills postwar production, decent cosmetically. Strong rifling, will make a good shooter. It has a small wood repair on the back of the buttstock and one non-matching band screw. Other than that, an honest No4 that is well suited to the range or deer woods. $700 if purchased separately.
SMLE: Ishapore, 1948 (still with the crown and GRI on it). This one has an excellent bore and should be quite the tack-driver. Cosmetically decent, with a hairline crack in buttstock (stable, just a cosmetic concern), and a small piece broken off of the lower stock (right side of receiver). Once again, an excellent shooter. $600 if purchased separately.
