1936 Tula, round receiver

I've been told this was a Spanish Civil War rifle. Apparently the rear sling swivel is indicative of Soviet aid. The rifle shows no signs of post-WWII Soviet rearsenal work (stamps, counterboring, etc.) so I believe it's very likely that's the backstory behind this rifle. Numbers do not match. Bore is nice.
