Seeking advice--I have 30ac in Spotsy, wooded, undeveloped with gravel drive cut in. Electric pole is 400ft away from property line. I haven't been using the property, so planning to put a 3-4 bedroom home on the property and then sell it. I am thinking about a 3 bedroom mobile home for $80K or Quonset home or log cabin. Leaning toward the mobile home route due to known cost, lower cost, and faster completion. Property between Fredricksburg and Lake Anna. Anyone gone through a mobile home purchase or home build. Experience, recommendation?

Just from research...I would not do log cabin as they take a metric crap ton of maintenance...a crap ton
