For Sale is a solid Winchester Model 94 built in 1962. The 20” barrel has a 1 in 12” twist with a clean bore and crisp rifling, and the rifle's tube mag hold 6 rds of 30-30W. The action is smooth and cycles well. There are some dings and scratches on this 5.5lb rifle, but the wood and bluing are very good with the screws intact and not having been all buggered up. The Pre-64s are valued for their walnut and steel, as well as forged steel parts coming together in a nice hand fitted rifle. Production costs rose markedly and to stay competitive, Winchester started substituting stamped parts and roll pins, a plastic butt plate and a durable finish instead of real bluing.

This would be a fine addition to a collection while being a rifle you can take in the field. Asking $900 FTF in the Stafford / Quantico area with valid VA DL, sorry but I’m not looking for any trades right now. I also have additional pictures as VAGT only allows a limited number for posting. Lastly, I’m not a Winchester or Model 94 expert, so if I made a mistake, it’s not to mislead; check the pictures for condition and details but the rifle looks better in person.
