I can find 55 gr for .48 CPR online with free shipping and 77gr OTM for about .75 cpr, so I'm only looking for something better than I can do online.

I have 5 boxes of (20 rds) PMC .223 55gr FMJ-BT and 6 boxes of (50 rounds) Hornady .223 55gr (#80275). Can do better than .48 cpr, PM if you are interested. Near by kingstowne.
